Lock is where our focus set. From the date it established as a private enterprise, Smart has positioned itself in the hardware industry and aimed at serving the case and bag accessories market.

We produce combination locks, mechanical locks in zinc alloy or iron for bags, cases, suitcases, briefcases, etc, and handles, flames, buckles for handbags, purses, clutch bags, etc. With our own electroplating plants, we can do very good plating for our products. No matter whether you are dealing with medium market or high-end market, we can always meet your need. From material selection, product assembling to logistic plan, and after sales service, every step is under stringent control and assessment. Our keen focus on quality and service has earned us good reputation as well as a leading position in the profession.

Over the past 22 years, we have set up all departments for every manufacture process with an area of 20,000 sqm. From design, molding, die casting, cutting, sanding, polishing, welding, electroplating, assembling, to packaging, we finish all them in our own plants, which is best for time control, quality assurance, on-job innovation, and environment protection. Now the factory is equipped with 6 milling machines, 2 lathes, 6 drilling machines, 3 grinding machines, 4 electric discharge machines EDM, 3 wire cutting machines, 2 engraving machines, etc. The introduction of advanced machines has dramatically reduced the number of worker. There are about 200 workers in the factory. All the departments, workshops and staff are under systematic management. Regular meetings are held among Marketing Dept, R&D Dept, Technical Dept, Procurement Dept, Production Dept, Logistic Dept, HR Dept, Finance Dept, and Sales Dept to ensure fluent communication in the factory. The whole factory is also linked by ERP system. Information is always obtainable under the fingertip. It helps improve production efficiency whiling reducing management cost.
